School for Church Webmasters

UPDATE (9 May 2008) — Within a week, I will launch a 70 page website describing the school and courses to be offered.

1 October 2007 — Below is a "flowchart" for the proposed School for Church Webmasters. It shows the more than 65 modules in seven tracks that make up the Basic and Advanced Certificate programs. Comments and suggestions are welcome; send them to David Gillaspey (resume).

Please note the emphasis on open-source technologies. However, if you are a Microsoft, Java, or Coldfusion developer, know that these proprietary technologies are surveyed in two of the modules.

I've written explanatory text (15,000 words) to accompany this flowchart. I hope by 1 November 2007 to add the text in some form to what you see below. I'll probably make an image map of it, so that you can click on a track or module below (that is, its rectangle) and read an explanation of what will be taught in that track or module.
